Grandpa and Grandma Puente came to visit in November

While Grandpa and Grandma were here we went to the Pima Air and Space Museum and the 309 AMARG (Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group) on Davis Monthan Air Force Base. It is more commonly known as the airplane "boneyard". Remember the scene in "Can't Buy Me Love"? - one of my favorite movies and the reason I used to think living in Tucson would be cool. Now I know the movie couldn't have been filmed entirely in Tucson...
Anywho, we got on a tour bus to cruise around the boneyard. There are thousands of planes either just waiting to be broken down and sold for pieces globally or just waiting to be flown again in the future. Some are being stored as museum peices because they are no longer used like the Tomcat, made famous in "Top Gun".

The kids loved running around inside the actual museum and grandpa bought them them airplanes as souvenirs. Cole and Stella couldn't be happier with Grandma and Grandpa around.
Stella discovered what a hoodie was and now she loves to wear her sweaters with them zipped up and her hood on so she can put her hands in her pockets.

Grandma bought Stella some beautiful accessories. How do girls understand what a princess is at 2?

We loved having grandma and grandpa here!
